🚨 If you care about the safety of your family and your vehicle, stay away from this hotel! I rarely leave reviews, but after spending a week here, I feel obligated to warn other travelers. During our stay, we experienced constant problems. The hotel had ongoing construction and maintenance work, with loud noise starting early in the morning. Instead of resting, we were repeatedly awakened by construction sounds. The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep, and the internet connection was slow and unreliable throughout our stay. Around 1:00 AM one night, the fire alarm went off. There was smoke in the hallways, and guests rushed outside in panic. It was a frightening situation. However, we did not see a single staff member helping guests or coordinating the evacuation. The next day, no one from management apologized or even explained what had happened. The following night, at approximately 2:00 AM, hotel staff began pounding on our door and demanded that we immediately move our vehicle because of planned parking lot work. They had an entire day to notify guests by phone, through the room phone, or even by leaving a note on the vehicle, but instead they chose to wake up our entire family, including our child, in the middle of the night. After we moved the vehicle, we were told that we had to move another vehicle as well or leave the hotel immediately in the middle of the night with our child. Two large men spoke to us in a very aggressive manner. We were told that we were in America, that we were required to speak English, and that we had to obey their instructions without question. This kind of treatment toward paying guests is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, our vehicle was damaged in the hotel parking lot by a hit-and-run driver during our stay. The parking lot has security cameras, but the hotel did not help us obtain any information that could assist in identifying the responsible person.

The rooms are dated , bathroom door was need of replacement, the bed box’s were torn, blinds didn’t function well.

Location is good. Beds were so comfortable. Nice view. Staff was very friendly.

They got rid of the mugs. Could have been more handicap accessible. Had to walk a good amount to get to our room from the elevator.
