Portonovo Relax - Puerto del Carmen

Lovely location in the old town - close to the harbour and other amenities (shops, bars, restaurants). Very quiet complex with a swimming pool. Ideal for a couple/ family who want to stay away from the main strip. Access to the apartment is via stairs, so be mindful if you have a pram/ mobility issues. Apartment is spacious and has all the essentials if choosing to stay in & cook.

Although not overly modern the apartment was spacious, tv channels for us uk residents excellent and shower powerful. Also owner was very responsive to our needs including dropping off a second key so we wouldn’t be limited with the gate key access. Also let us stay a bit later when flight was later in the day.

Need to ask for a second key unless you want to be tied to going home at the same time each night. Shower maybe needs blocking as a little overflowing.

Good location, ideal for a quiet break. Excellent hosts who were very helpful and welcoming.
