A bit of a climb, do like to chase you out before checkout time.

clean, very good location and spacious apartment, suitable for 4. Good baby bed and baby chair! Attention to welcoming things - water, essential things - coffee, tea, sugar, etc

There was a full fridge freezer, a full oven and Hob, the kitchen was complete and a first aid box. We also had a washing machine. The apartment was very spacious and airy. It had tv with lots of usable channels and Air Conditioning too.

There wasn't a balcony, but the windows were sliding windows and they opened all the way back and there was a fabulous view of the sea.

Fantastic apartment in a great convenient location. Host answered questions and was quick to reply. Plenty of space and apartment had everything needed for a relaxed stay. Great value for money.

Pool area is basic, no bar or shop - but this leads to peace and tranquility.

The apartment is nice and clean. We had fresh towels on arrival. The bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a good location, I forgot that Porta del Carmen has lots of hills and steeps when walking out on the road. The host took time to answer questions but eventually did get back to you. The information to get to the apartment was clear. You are shared with a code on 24hrs before your arrival. There is a box on the corner to collect the keys. However, it took some time to work out where to find the apartment. The complex has lots of stairs that are not the best if you have difficulty walking or a bad back. This needs to be shared in the profile. We stayed for one night as we wanted to have a look around the area before going on to Costa Teguise for the duration of our holiday.

The only problems we had was knowing which gate to use we had our suitcases and it was exhausting to push the bags up the road to get to the back of the property on arrival, the taxi dropped us at the front. the host had recommended the back gate, which we read after. You collect your key in a box using a code near the front gate. It's positioned at the side so easy to find, which was fine, that was easy to access. Getting up to the apartment, the stairs are narrow, which is awkward with the suitcases. It would have been nice if the host had left a welcome pack on arrival.

The apartment is situated at the top of a large hill unfortunately so not ideal for people with disabilities
