"My stay was pleasant and peaceful."

I liked that the property was in a safe and quiet area. I also liked that it was very close to the attractions, beach, and had a secluded pool of the residents.

There are some cracks on the walls and fixtures in the bathroom were rusted/corroded.

The location was excellent and the pool areas good

A think the property itself could do with a few things getting sorted the blind in the bedroom replaced as its holes in it,the curtains replaced in the livingroom,the tiles replaces in bathroom,get new cleaners!

"Sunshine by the Sea NOT"

We love the Costa Adeje area and have been travelling to the area for 30 years. The Orlando complex is very nice and central to all the local bars and resturants we like.

This apt was very out dated, the bed was not comfortable at all, when you get into your 50s and 60s you need a comfy bed. The bathroom needs replacing, the shower tray was disgusting. The view is over a very busy car park. Doom & Gloom Id call it.

The location and the pool was lovely and clean.

Apartment was a little dated. Could do with a bit of face-lift but for the money and location was really good.
