GBI was pleasantly surprised with all the facilities of the property . Along with the personal touch :) Nothing was too much trouble .
There isn’t anything that I didn’t like
GBSpacious, good comfy bed, modern decor, well fitted out kitchen. Nice touch to have coffee in a small jar. Quiet, parking onsite. Nice towels and bed linen. Reasonable price.
None of the wall power sockets had a USB charging socket. It would be great to have at least one USB wall charging socket available, perhaps in the kitchen.

GBNo breakfast available which didn't matter to us. Location for us was good and the studio suite was brilliant value for money and super clean. Would definitely try and book again next time we visit Felpham.
We would have liked to have met the owners just to thank them but nobody was around.

AUKitchen was Full equipped. Room was spacious and clean
Traffic noise. No top sheet and blanket on bed. Quilt was too hot
AUClean, had what we needed for an overnight.
TV hard to operate and nothing but TV, no bike storage.
DEFür eine Zwischenübernachtung gut; Küche haben wir nicht gebraucht, wäre aber gut ausgestattet gewesen; frische Milch war im Kühlschrank :) Sehr gutes Restaurant direkt am nächsten Kreisel (zu Fuß erreichbar)
Es gab einige Spinnweben; Treppenhaus war mit Koffern etwas eng. Aber es gab nichts wirklich Schlimmes.
