very spacious accommodation, nice to have a separate kitchen and eating area. Tesco Express 2 mins walk away,

located on a very busy road so if you aren't used to traffic noise this place isn't for you. Also a lot of noise from downstairs (music being played into the early hours) assume from a permanent resident not a guest. Did raise it with the owner the following day - her response "you should have phoned me at the time it was happening".

Great location a few minutes walk through the park to the beach. Shops and places to eat nearby too. Room had little kitchenette so you can cook if you want to and the shower room was nice and clean.

All was good.

The accommodation was a self contained flat which had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Lovely kitchen area and very nice bathroom. Very handy with off street parking. The communication with the owners was great, and I am very grateful they were able to help with a special request. I would definitely stay here again when next visiting family.

It was close to a lovely eatery and pub. Had a fridge and they had put a cooling fan on for our arrival.

Key safe was difficult to open. It wasn’t very well signed to find. I had no signal so my email didn’t come through on the day so when I called the number to ask the gentleman that answered wasn’t helpful at all and just said you will have an email. Eventually got a signal and got the key code from the email.

We liked the spacious bedroom and nice little kitchen with dining area. The location was within walking distance to the beach. A Tesco Express and Italian restaurant across the road was very handy.

Sadly I have to leave a review that is not very positive. The property is situated on a busy A-road roundabout which was quite noisy. In addition, the whole neighbourhood was noisy. The description on the web site states that it is a small 2-room self catering guesthouse. This is not quite correct as there is another dwelling downstairs plus an annex in the garden, making it multi occupancy. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet bowl. It was much too small, making it feel weird going to the loo. Although there is guest parking, this got very crowded. In addition, someone played/listened to music of some sorts every night, ALL NIGHT. We had booked for a week but as we could hardly get any sleep, unfortunately we left after 5 sleepless nights.

Lovely comfortable room with everything you can think of that you need. Lovely touch by the owners, leaving milk and water in the fridge. I also had a fan, which was really a relief!

Location in Bognor is great and has a tesco's 500 yards away. It's just unfortunate that it is on a busy road.
