Luxury Flat next to Gran Via Madrid

Great location, mostly super clean rooms, pretty much everything needed is included.

The sliding door in a private bathroom really needs some fixing. It has troubles moving and may stuck open, so you have to really struggle to close it again. In the same bathroom, in the shower, water drainage was clogged with lots of hair, had to clean it myself to let the water come through.

Great location in the city. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Apartment was extremely comfortable and owners/ cleaners were very helpful. We arrived very early and were able to leave our bags off in the apartment. Nothing was too big an ask.

All is OK. Perfect for city trip. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It's a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.

The space setting and the interiors is as the pic described. Love the coziness of the apartment and all internal facilities. Even the sofa bed was conformable. I would say the place is suitable for 5 adults. And the neighborhood, Malasaña is a happening and full of vibe and energy, with streets filled with coffee shops, bakeries and vintage clothing stores. The Plaza del 2 de Mayo, a historic square lined with lively bars and weekend market stalls, is a popular meeting spot. Many close train stations.

Its not an issue its their culture, there is a bar across the street and ppl chatting outside is can be a disturbance, if you are in the sofa bed and the room near the bar. But we still luv the place.

Everything! Was the perfect place to stay in Madrid. Very close to all touristic points, safe area, very clean, cozy apartment. The girls did wait us, was very nice. we didnt miss anything there. We will definitely come back here.

- renovated and well decorated - about 5min walk to Gran Via or Calle Fuencarral

- the apartment is in a neighbourhood with many bars, so not great for light sleepers
