"Central Location, lots to see and do, great stay."

Central location and able to walk to most places, Flat was clean an just like the pictures on booking.com.

Arrived into Madrid at 10.00hrs but could not book in till 15.00hrs, we were able to drop our bags of at approx 13.00hrs

"Great location, beautiful apartment"

We are Swiss, living in Barcelona, came as family with 3 teenagers for 2 nights. We received a warm welcome from the cleaning lady for the exchange of keys. The apartment is in an impeccable stage. (totally new) Very well decorated in a modern, simple yet well thought way. The location is great, in a trendy neighbourhood, further away from the main touristic streets yet right at the edge. Now in winter time, we found the climate in the apartment warm and well isolated. The overall temperature can be controlled over a simple thermostat at anytime, which is definitely an add. The windows are well isolated, keeping the apartment quiet from an (anyway) not busy street. (pretty much a pedestrian street) I realised that every rooms have AC, which will also allow to keep all windows closed in summer if needed. It’s therefore a very quiet apartment The host is responsive and gave us at top service. Anytime again!
