1 bed with kitchenette and bathroom

Not too expensive, fairly close to centre, not too warm, fan provided

Could’ve used spare toilet roll and previous guests’ food/shower items removed.

The bathroom is bigger than usual bnb

The bed is good, but I have to crawl to my side of the bed, which is by the wall. It's warm. Fan is not working properly. Cannot leave windows open. Noisy. Curtain didn't block out the light.

30 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Close to bus route. Bed comfortable. Could lock kitchen. Bathroom only has shower, which was difficult to get the right temperature. The view of the back garden was nice. Room for parking 2 cars.

There were some items, but since it's a newly listed property (July 25), I've sent the things I didn't like privately. Hopefully, they'll be rectified for next time I'm in Oxford! There are no photos either.

the bed was VERY comfortable

It looked like the tenant had just gone out for a night and it had been let- there was half bottles of water, coconut milk and a opener half bottle of milk that had expired in the fridge, some frozen peas in the freezer all frosty. There was also a several miss-matched used bottles of shower toiletries still in the shower (again, as if they ppl let the house while they went out overnight) The shower was filthy with water marks on all the screens. It appeared as though no attempt to clean the flat had happened ever

Location was perfect for us - excellent off road parking, hosts very friendly, comfy bed and nice to have kitchenette with fridge and microwave. We appreciated tea and coffee and fresh milk and bathroom toiletries.

Bed was quite big so no room for bedside tables both sides and a bit cramped getting in the front door as stairs go up immediately.

Very nice, clean place. Has everything you need. Quiet area so no noise at night. Very responsive host. Highly recommended.
