Nice quiet setting with off road parking for one or 2 cars and a short bus ride into the city centre.

Not a big deal, but the room did not have a desk or table space to work at.

The room was in a good location, about a 10 minute walk from bus stops. There is also a microwave which is convenient for preparing food.

The door to the rooms I was staying in have no lock only a hook on the inside of the door, this means that when leaving the accommodation you are not able to lock your belongings in the room leaving them vulnerable to theft. This hook is also not the most secure. There was rotting food left in the fridge from a previous guest which had not been removed. The onsite parking is a case of find a space on the street - so not on site at all. The bathroom had not been cleaned and was very dirty. The 'towels' which are advertised was a single, very old, hair towel. There are only curtains in the bedroom and not on any of the other windows in the property.

This a nice clean and comfortable room, with a separate little kitchen and shower room. The host lives in the same premises and made me feel extremely welcome. He also went that extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and was very hospitable!

Nothing really! The house externally has been recently upgraded and there is some outside landscaping yet to be completed. But has no reflection on the accommodation and the warm welcome!
