The Annex, Isai Ambalam guest house

The location is beautiful. Lush green and quiet. There's a motorable road right upto the property and there's parking for two cars.

The fact that washrooms aren't attached to rooms and may have to be shared between rooms should clearly have been mentioned on booking.com and other platforms where they are listed . Some washrooms don't even have doors. Just a curtain and mosquito screen. Not clearly mentioning all this is unethical. . The mosquito screens were dirty, The curtains were unwashed or very old and there's a distinct unpleasant smell in the common kitchen area. One of the washrooms given to us didn't even have a door.

The peaceful environment & cleanliness

No one comes to introduce to me facilities. And I didn’t get any service which is towel, soap, toilet paper until second night. Feel disappointed. But building and facilities are nice. And other pax are kind and friendly.

We had issues with Ac not working properly. Later the service was called for general service and made it working
