CNThe location is perfect, 1min walk to the sea. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. They gave me all the information I needed for checking in and checking out.
At night it was a bit noisy in the street, but they provided ear plugs.
ESThe location was fantastic—just one street above the Malecon, which made it easy to access a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The siize of the room; it was quite spacious and comfortable.
None at reception, so we couldn't even drop off our bags, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the waterfall feature, which is prominently displayed in your photos, was not working at all throughout the day. Cleaning service provided on the first day when you check-in, and we were surprised to learn that it comes with an extra daily charge, which seems unreasonable. During the night, there was a bit of noise due to the clubs nearby, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep. Toilet is not fully closed.

DEGreat location just outside Zona Romantica, one block from Malecon beach walk. My room was super spacious and well appointed. Sebastian has been very kind & helpful.
CASmall boutique style hotel with private courtyard with small swimming pool. Nice decor / vibe. Room 3 was great as it was away from the main road. Sebastian was a friendly and efficient host.
Nothing! It was all great. Note: one full room service is included - we didn’t need more. You can always ask for extra towels.
