CHVery central location, secure, friendly and responsive staff. Friendly welcome and very reliable response via what’s app! Fresh towels where provided and you where allowed to take to the beach. To improve: - Room had no toilet door (our neighbours as well). Statement was will be fixed by “next week” - status January 2026 - use a smart lock for front door and room would improve efficiency- however lockbox was provided to store key if needed
Very clean, nice pool, room was a bit moist, needs a bit of drying

NLSuper mooie plek in het centrum en toch een soort van rust in het drukke Puerto Vallarta.
Iets vaker dan 1x schoonmaken bij een verblijf van 5 nachten zonder extra kosten had er wel vanaf gemogen

SEIt was a beautiful space. It was surprisingly quiet for the location. Very comfortable bed, beautiful outdoor space.
It took some patience waiting for reply’s to get in. I would just recommend that you make sure you have all of your how to enter and information before you arrive as when I went it wasn’t staffed on site. I think I was perhaps the anomaly and not the norm as a lot of information before hand was provided, I think the missing door code/ key info was just an oversight.
