USI booked Casa Victoria in Puerto Vallarta expecting a fantastic stay and it exceeded everything! Sebastián, the manager, welcomed me via WhatsApp, so definitely download the app if you book Casa Victoria. Another team member, Javier, also contacted me there and arranged my airport pickup thank goodness, because the airport was overwhelming. People were pulling me left and right asking if I needed a taxi, and there was a huge line for cabs. Javier saved me from all that, and on the ride, he gave me great PV local tips Casa Victoria is a true gem, charming, cozy, and tranquil. Even though you’re in the center of everything, it feels peaceful. My room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up every morning. I felt so at home. The team checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The location? Ideal steps from the malecón, beach, restaurants, and nightlife. I’ve never felt so at home on vacation 100% I’ll stay there again!”

The pool is smaller them pictures and cold most days. Our king room bathroom doorway to short for my 6'2" husband hit his head on the bathroom doorway

CAExcellent location and value. Rooms are basic but clean and very comfortable beds. Easy to walk everywhere. Small pool but enough to dip in and sit around.

Would have liked a microwave to heat up leftovers and coffee. Coffeemaker could be larger and improved. Written instructions for TV and other control devices like fan and airconditioning and where the key is for the in room safe.
GBThe place was clean and the pool was a nice feature. They helped us with early check in to drop our bags too which was great.
The room’s fan/light was broken, which was located right above the bed, so it would turn on every few hours through the night and we had to keep turning it off. The room is also incredibly noisy next to the clubs - any review online that says it isn’t is either on the other side of the building or are incredible deep sleepers. We hardly slept in the place due to these two reasons. We still haven’t had a reply yet from booking.com or the owners on a refund or compensation for this. I wouldn’t expect to pay full price for that experience.
CAUSBeautiful property, very nice and simple. Had mostly everything that you needed. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Loved that a lot of places were walking distance.
The room we chose to stay in was unfortunately right in front of the street side so we could hear the bar in front playing music all night so just be aware. Also at times when taking a shower, the drains kind of smelled like sewage? Maybe some drawers would be nice to put some clothes out for longer stays so that we aren’t just grabbing out of our luggage, but the hangers definitely helped!
