Si te toca en una habitación con balcón a la calle estás en calle principal y pasan muchos carro que pueden ser molestos en la noche para dormir pero realmente es muy tranquilo el ambiente adentro y me hospede en febrero y me di cuenta que hay mucho extranjero
CALovely place owned by a friendly and kind family (Sebastian gave excellent recommendations). Great location, super close to the Malecon but not noisy. Really enjoyed lounging by the pool, calm and relaxing with all the beautiful greenery. Big room and comfy bed.
-Some basics like plates and utensils would have been nice to be able to cut fruits. -The toilet isn't in an entirely closed space, definitely prefer a full door. -A full length door on the shower would also prevent water from leaking out on the bathroom floor.
USThe location was great! Close walk to almost everything in Puerta Vallarta! Beds were super comfy. It was fairly quiet and private despite being pretty close to a main road. A great value overall.
There wasn't really anyone there to communicate with, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Communication through Whats App was pretty good and responsive.

We were in Room 1, and my husband could feel vibration from outside traffic. I was fine.
CAThis property was absolutely beautiful. Very quaint and quiet. The furnishings and room was beautifully appointed. The bed was a king and extremely comfortable. Each room has its own air conditioner and 2 ceiling fans. The pool in the courtyard was lovely for a dip on a warm day and the waterfall was a lovely bonus. Sebastian was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and shops when we asked. I would highly recommend Casa Victoria. A hidden gem in Centro Malecon.

USI booked Casa Victoria in Puerto Vallarta expecting a fantastic stay and it exceeded everything! Sebastián, the manager, welcomed me via WhatsApp, so definitely download the app if you book Casa Victoria. Another team member, Javier, also contacted me there and arranged my airport pickup thank goodness, because the airport was overwhelming. People were pulling me left and right asking if I needed a taxi, and there was a huge line for cabs. Javier saved me from all that, and on the ride, he gave me great PV local tips Casa Victoria is a true gem, charming, cozy, and tranquil. Even though you’re in the center of everything, it feels peaceful. My room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up every morning. I felt so at home. The team checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. The location? Ideal steps from the malecón, beach, restaurants, and nightlife. I’ve never felt so at home on vacation 100% I’ll stay there again!”
