The sheets were extremely dirty, stained along with the walls, the kitchen, and the bathroom, as well as the towels. Additionally, the house had a lot of humidity, and we were told there would be a kitchen, but it was broken. The owner was extremely rude. Only the location was satisfactory. I messaged him to point all of this out, and he tried to charge me 180 euros. Unacceptable!

You need to pay extra for everything, for example for air conditioning. Also, you must collect the keys in one point, the check in is from 4:30 pm but at that time there is a big queue and eventually you get to your apartment around 6 pm. Also, the address we booked was different than they checked us in to.

My pregnant wife, her elderly mother, and I chose this apartment based on its proximity to the airport and the stated condition. We followed all the instructions in the check-in policy, however upon arrival we were given keys to a completely different apartment. As a result, we were unable to get into the apartment indicated in our reservation. We found ourselves in a difficult situation and had to ask local residents to help us contact your support team and write in Italian, since we did not receive a response to our request. In addition, last night another 50 euros were debited from my account without explanation. No one has responded to our messages yet. Because of this, we had to move into an apartment that is located much further from the airport and is in poor condition. We have photographs confirming this fact. We hope for your prompt intervention and resolution of this situation. We ask you to return the debited funds and provide compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Disastrous key collection system and very far from the apartment. Lame and unsympathetic explanations. Air conditioning impossible to start. Refrigerator doesn't work.

Scam!!! The price was 55 Eur, but the end they charge 84 + 50. Don't take it! Room is shity and has a bad smell, so soup, no nothing!!!

Everything the bathroom was dirty there was blood stains on floor and walls in living room the smell is horrible the fridge was dirty ...... booking should take this room off as its not for people

I don’t like because no ac no tv no savon no fun no wifi . Dont like chek in time and location.😡
