Closeness to NRG stadium Apartment was clean and cozy Bed and linens as comfortable Exactly what we were looking for Cheaper than renting a hotel room in area

Poor water pressure would be the ONLY thing I could say about our stay. But that’s not that renter’s fault.

In addition to being well- decorated (making it cozy) the apartment was easy to access and in a decent area. I easily walked to the grocery store, had a few restaurants to choose from nearby, and enjoyed the amenities on the property. I definitely recommend this for solo travelers or couples.

3 out of 3 ride- share drivers found it difficult to locate the property making navigation slightly difficult knowing I was new to the city.

I like that the property was secure, reserved parking for our rental car, in a great location for where we needed to travel, and lastly close to various restaurants and shopping areas.

The only thing that which was minor to us was the water pressure could be a little higher if possible.

The owner allowed us to extend in the midst of a storm. She time and again ensured our safety. Beautiful apartment, really well maintained ❤️

Great location and value. Plenty of space for a couple for a weekend stay. A reserved parking spot in the parking garage is nice too. The kitchen has all the basics needed to do some home cooking.

Even with the blacklight for bugs, for some reason there were still a lot of mosquitos. Maybe it's just that time of the year. The internet would occasionally cut out for a moment and take a minute or so to come back up. It happened a lot around 8-9pm. Outside of that, at night it would go out maybe once an hour. Not sure if it's just the room or if it's the whole apartment.
