"Perfect for single travelers looking for a secure property close to Houston attractions."

The property felt very secure. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The cable TV and coffee bar were wonderful additions - something other private rentals do not offer. The bed was comfortable. The location was ideal. Close to NRG, the medical center, and the museum district. Across the street from a grocery store.

Entry to the property was a bit confusing at first.

"Quiet and comfortable."

Grounds were kept up. Many amenities. The unit was nice.

It felt like the unit was not fully cleaned. While the linens and counters felt clean, things like door knobs and handles, light switches/face plates were dirty and sticky. The floor in the kitchen was filthy. It was the first thing we saw when we entered. Next was the trash can lid with oil marks. The coffee maker still had water in the tank.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sicheren Wohnkomplex unweit des Houston Texans Stadion. Fußläufig ist eine kleine Mall, zahlreiche Restaurants und ein großer lateinamerikanischer Supermarkt zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles was Selbtversorger für eine Woche brauchen. Die Tiefgarage ist ein klarer Pluspunkt, die Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert, ABER …

… wer keine Lust auf Überraschungen hat, denkt vielleicht noch mal nach. Am Abend vor Anreise wurde uns sehr kurzfristig seitens des Vermieters der Preis deutlich angehoben. Ein klarer Vertrauensbruch, den wir in unserer Lage so hinnehmen mussten. Das ist sehr unseriös.
