This was the second time I’ve stayed here. Check in and finding my way around was MUCH easier because I knew what to expect.

I am still unsure how to get to gym, how to move around the complex without getting locked out of certain doors, especially in and out of the complex as a pedestrian.

Everything, the location, the space, the bed, the patio, the parking

The only thing I didn’t like was having to go through the trash area to get in since the door at the complex was not working to get in.

The property felt very secure. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The cable TV and coffee bar were wonderful additions - something other private rentals do not offer. The bed was comfortable. The location was ideal. Close to NRG, the medical center, and the museum district. Across the street from a grocery store.

Entry to the property was a bit confusing at first.

Grounds were kept up. Many amenities. The unit was nice.

It felt like the unit was not fully cleaned. While the linens and counters felt clean, things like door knobs and handles, light switches/face plates were dirty and sticky. The floor in the kitchen was filthy. It was the first thing we saw when we entered. Next was the trash can lid with oil marks. The coffee maker still had water in the tank.
