Excellent place to stay, we had a friendly welcome, the property was clean with all we required for our stay. There was ample of choice at breakfast.

Kay and Doug are fantastic hosts so welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay with them. Our room was beautiful, everything so clean, the bed was very comfortable we slept so well. Breakfast was delicious. We had our own space for breakfast with gorgeous views over the garden.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at The Greyhound – Historic Former Inn, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and full of character. The building itself is beautifully preserved, with plenty of historic charm, yet thoughtfully updated to provide all the modern comforts you need. Our room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the highlights of our stay was the attention to detail throughout the property. Everything felt carefully considered, from the quality furnishings to the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The peaceful setting also made for a very restful break. The hosts were excellent friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about making guests feel welcome. They really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was also a real highlight, freshly prepared and delicious, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and memorable stay.

Everything! Really spacious & comfortable with great attention to detail & lots of little extras.

The only thing was the lack of proximity to places to eat within walking distance, but the owner informed me of this prior to my arrival, so it’s not a criticism of them or this property, which was wonderful
