FLATZY - Lovely Sefton Park Retreat

Fantastic location in a leafy street not far from Sefton Park and Lark Street. Tidy, comfortable lodgings that worked really well for us. Facilities were pretty good but could do with a bread knife!

I don’t like having to download information - ie I needed the WiFi code to get the WiFi code! This could easily be displayed somewhere.

The customer service and response to complaints was exceptional. Demonstrating understanding and showing compassion.

Depending on family size, the beds may be best for single persons or average sized couples.

A fine and local place to stay in lovely Liverpool - a bit far from most things, but it worked out fine with taxi or Uber

Alles aanwezig. Zout. Afwas tablet. Bak olie. Rustige straat. Ook rustige medebewoners.

Iets grotere bedden zou handig zijn. Buiten engeland zijn mannen zo rond 1.85 cm. En hou de standaard er maar in ; handdoeken kan je na 2 douchen niet meer gebruiken.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was an issue for us, and we had to clean the property for ourselves before we could be comfortable. Most cups/glasses were dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly alongside the coffee table that had visible Dust everywhere The bath had long strawberry blonde hairs all over it. After cleaning the bath, I decided to use it. However, once filling the bath, more hairs came out of the plus, and it was extremely off-putting, so I didn't bother using it again

Quiet and secure location. Felt very safe in the flat. Very clean and tidy. Lovely welcome touches. Great communication from hosts who were very easy to get hold of :) Easy and safe parking. We used it as a base for the aquatic centre as were there for interregional waterpolo competition. Didn't really spend much time in the flat at all.

Small little things as if really had everything you would need and was a good base for the two nights we were there. But the mattress topper for the sofa bed is smaller than the sofa bed so if a couple are sharing only one fits on the topper, the other person is half on half off lol. Couldn't find any scissors. TV in the master bedroom would have been a great addition.
