Lovely decor and style, linins and beds comfortable. Plenty towels etc. convenient to town. host responsive. Handy to have Netflix.

Kitchen area is very small , no dishwasher, which was inconvenient for a family. Not much food prep space. Dining area too small. Bed downstairs double room was small. Shower ,while pretty nice , is in bath and only one toilet in the house . It is a sweet little house .It was advertised as luxury but in reality is not.

Lovely area close to the city rooms had storage and was comfortable

Would have liked the fire to work, to have access to a brush to sweep floors and the parking was confusing.

The property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It was tastefully decorated It was situated in an excellent location with a short walk to the city centre and all amenities.

Location was excellent. Very central and within walking distance of the centre and quays.

Bed downstairs was a little small.

An easy walk into the centre of Waterford, a great base to explore the local area. Ideal if you plan to eat and drink out most of the time.

It is misleading to describe the property as luxury and if this word had not been used then this review would be less exacting. There are damp patches on the walls where the paint is starting to peel in the sitting room. The finish on the floor between the kitchen and sitting room is broken and paint was chipped in various places through out the house. The crockery was cheap and the mugs were all tea stained inside and all needed rewashing on arrival. As there is no dishwasher, more tea towels should have been provided and a larger sauce pan would have been useful for cooking pasta. Difficult to sit 4 round the table to eat and not enough lounge seats to relax and watch TV. We did not use the outside seating area despite it being hot as it was dark and uninviting. Too many plastic plants collecting dust. Whilst I felt safe walking around the area, I felt less happy about my 3 uni aged children walking back at night.

The location is central, safe and quiet. The decor is lovely and has a certain charm.

Pay parking only. Kitchen and living room and the 1 toilet is too small for a family of 5 or more. Sitting room only seats 2 people comfortably. Kitchen needs to be better equipped. It's a lovely house but the word "luxury" is misleading.
