Kasa on the River Boise

It was great. Good location, clean and close to Boise University.

Large rooms, safe, clean, even has washer and dryer. So much nicer than a hotel.

Great place to stay, in the heart of Boise, close to all the attractions and Boise State. Super clean and well appointed apartment, easy check in due to very detailed instructions. This is my new home away from home each month in Boise.

Great place and close to Boise State University. My only knock if any was maybe having one additional couch our chair in the living room otherwise it was great!!

Great place of you have kids at BSU and want to hit a football game. Only negative was shower was Luke warm at best.

This review is about your completely inadequate door code system. It leaves a corner case without solution entirely. I had left my phone in the room by accident, unable to retrieve the code. It took me 4 hrs to finally get back into the apartment. The help came not from KASA but from the Building Securitas/Maintenance department. KASA was simply not available. Neither by phone nor email. (And obviously not text since the phone was locked back in the room). Your customer service was simply non existent via telephone or via KASA login.

Would have been a great stay but several things were just disappointing. Never could get the TV to connect, so unable to watch a movie or any football over the New year's holiday. They texted much trouble shooting and promised someone to fix, but it never happened. Wanted to use the hot tub for New Years but it was cold. Also apt only had ONE roll of toilet paper so we ran out. Seriously, no extra TP? This place needs to have someone on site to deal with issues and not be completely hands off. Texting support from New York is not helpful. Has great potential as it was quiet and in a great location.

We really enjoyed staying here. Comfortable and clean. Checking in was different but fine. The only thing was the heater when on was a little noisy.
