Kasa on the River Boise

The facility had indoor noise monitors that were not disclosed.When 2 60 year old woman set off a complaint for watching tv at 7 in the evening that is ridiculous. I ended up cancel the last 2 days and going to another hotel

I enjoyed every part of my stay, the only thing I didn’t like is I had the tv on in the living room and I kept getting notifications for noise violations but I was not loud in my opinion

The temperature was 81 degrees when we went into the apartment and the information we were provided did not solve the situation. Next I was not able to lock my door. I was told that it could take 24 hours to resolve the issue as which time I checked out. I am very unhappy with these issues and I would like to have compensation.

Great property and location. Suggest coffee pot and better cleaning between uses. Floor was dirty and furniture/tv/nightstands dusty.

The reservation/verification process was a bit tedious with uploading ID, doing webcam confirmations. Understandable, but extra steps. Good (almost too much) communication about the upcoming reservation. Was on top of sending access codes. Challenge with accessing property was related to poor instructions (stated to use the "callbox" which was only at one door, but actually it was at an unmarked side door with a "keypad". Residents saw me having problems and gave guidance. The room was great size and nicely laid out. Could have been a bit more 'cozy'. Had a 1-bedroom, but only had a TV in the living room, so couldn't winddown at night. The bed was a 'gel/memory foam' mattress, which I'm not a fan of. Had an issue with blinds not operating and very low hot water - KASA contacted maintenance and got that fixed promptly. The property layout was a bit confusing and not marked well when trying to go to/from the parking garage/unit. The fitness center and pool were great and everything anyone could want. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would do so again... as it is also one of the closest properties near the family I visit. KASA asked for feedback and when hearing of the issues/challenges, worked to make it right by issuing a partial refund. Apparently this is a relatively new property for them.

One of the nicest stays I have ever had. The apartment was located right along the Boise Greenbelt which I used daily for my cycling. It sits near the river as well, which was nice to go and take a dip in the water. The apartment came with everything anybody could need (kitchen supplies, washer & dryer, etc.) Also had a nice patio to sit on at night. Extremely clean and updated, modern apartment. Close to downtown Boise. Absolutely love every minute of it.

Loved it! Very clean and plenty of space. Right on the Boise Greenbelt. Biked two days and hiked one day.

Had a great stay at this property. My family loved the pool & gym facilities. The greenbelt trail is right out your back door with miles of walking, biking or running. There was a coffee and food truck set up next door one day. The facility has gated, indoor parking with a designated spot. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Boise.

This facility is not good for families, disabled people, or those not comfortable with technology. It takes two different key fobs and a door code to get to your room. There is a sound monitor in your room that will text you when your children are too loud (talk about adding stress to a vacation!). Because of the security, if you use a walker, wheelchair, or stroller, you're going to need two people to both unlock the doors and open them. There are no amenities nearby that don't require crossing very wide and busy streets.
