"TV channels not working, lack of towels, plates, spoons, water meant the basics were ignored"

(1) Lots of space in the room as it is a suite with an attached balcony. (2) Decent breakfast (3) Restaurant serves decent food

(1) TV provided without any channels to view (2) It was tough to get staff to provide basics like additional towels, additional plates or cutlery. (3) The Vinayaka Nagar area where hotel is located is unattractive and not in tune with the type of hotel (4) Water was not provided in the breakfast area, but was available to purchase separately (5) Room service dishes were always served without serving spoons

Location is very close to airport

It was clean enough to stay for 2 days but I don't think I could have stayed there any longer.
