staff were somewhat helpful

this hotel claims to be a FabHotel property but it just uses their listing and booking services. The payment option didn't include any support for international cards. The quality of the hotel is not even close to what is shown or described in the photographs, both on the booking and FabHotel websites. We were greeted with cockroaches in our room and dirty linens, there was a terrible damp smell inside the room, walls were dirty and bathroom was missing even the basic toiletories such as toilet paper and soaps. Breakfast was disappointing and had no options for people who can't eat any spicy food. Anyway, they had 2-3 options to choose from.

wasn’t near and clean. the guy who served food in my room came with a dirty tray which hasn’t seen water for ages.

wasn’t neat and hygienic. there was no hot water in the shower and very old shower towels.

Comfortable stay and spacious, very good in the available rates.
