Travel access is good

I had booked a 3-night stay through FabHotel. However, upon my arrival at the property, the receptionist informed me that they do not accept bookings made via FabHotel. As a result, I was required to make the payment directly at the reception in order to proceed with the check-in. Through direct payment is to high even though I didnot stay for 1 night I asked for refund they didnot do The landline and television were not functioning during my stay. I booked a premium room and it was not at all up to the mark. The toilet was terrible and curtains was not in a proper condition.There was some stains in bedsheet.i took the images of you need more clarity
