BK Beach Boutique Hotel - Hikkaduwa

Lovely room with fantastic view of the sea and located out of busy area. Small pool area but shaded for much of day as in between hotel and road.

Place seemed a bit understaffed. Staff not really around. Had to wake someone up to serve us breakfast which we’d pre booked at 730 and was then cold. Free tuktuk into town stops at 830 and will only take you less than 5 k so wouldn’t take us to restaurant which was 5.8k away! Didn’t offer to book us one which we’ve experienced elsewhere. Expensive for what it was but that might be area.

Kein Wasserdruck, duschen war eine Herausforderung - langsames Personal, Frühstück hat 1,5 std gedauert, weil alles in Einzelschritten nachgebracht wurde - nur Männer (auf Sri Lanka wohl üblich) - keine Sauberen Handtücher alle hatten Flecken.

Location was great, less than 2km from restaurants and shops. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

They really need to invest in new linens. All towels and sheets were stained. Pillows were hard and flat. Breakfast was standard but they need to offer real coffee and espresso.

Excelente hotel que por su tamaño (9 habitaciones) proporciona una atención y exclusividad muy altas. El desayuno, que se selecciona el día anterior existiendo opciones europeas o locales, es estupendo con zumos naturales y todo lo que se necesita para empezar bien el día. La playa tiene tumbonas propias con toallas proporcionadas por el hotel. Es estupenda, poco concurrida, perfecta para dar paseos y disfrutar de las puestas de sol. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño con una terraza excelente. La limpieza es muy buena. La cama es cómoda y el aislamiento acústico permite un completo descanso. No está en el mismo Hikkaduwa, lo que lo considero otro punto fuerte por ser más tranquilo. El hotel proporciona de forma gratuita servicio de tuk tuk de ida en un radio de 5 km. Por último, lo más reseñable aparte de todo lo anterior es el excelente equipo humano que está continuamente pendiente de cualquier cuestión que se necesite, atentos, profesionales y muy amables. En definitiva es una opción altamente recomendable si te alojas por esta zona.

Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert, weil es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem sehr ruhigen Strandabschnitt etwas ausserhalb von Hikkaduwa. Sie bringen dich dafür kostenlos mit dem Tuktuk in die Stadt.

Charmantes Boutique-Hotel direkt am wunderbaren, langen, feinsandigen Strand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war grossartig und ausreichend, man konnte es am Vortag selber auswählen und als Bestellung aufgeben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gepflegt. Wir haben nur einmal am Abend vor Ort gegessen, das war hervorragend.
