Luxury Green 1 Bed City Centre Apartment close to Mailbox,Bullring, Broad Street for Leisure and Families

The apartment was in a really good location. 5 mins from New Street, Apartments was spotless, contained everything you needed. Access was so easy and the host most helpful with everything easy to find, to use . Incredible value for money. I couldn't rate it any higher all round.

Property was close to the station and had a Tesco couple doors down

The property was different to how it is shown on pictures, bed was very low and not the same frame, the living room and kitchen is not the same design and had a cigarette smell once we had entered It was passable, just was caught by surprise due to the difference in pictures however being close to town was good and having Tesco nearby for little things I needed

Bad instructions for arrival, no proper address was given after booking, entrance was possible only by calling the person although key was in the lockbox. Inside, the livingroom smelled like cigarette smoke, overall poor condition apartment, no instruction book upon arrival, had to figure out WiFi from the router.

Location was near city center. Disponibility of staff every time i called and text.

We entered the flat at 7pm. It was dirty with excrement and other white stains on the sofa (still wet), gritty dust on the bed, insects in the filthy bathroom, a radiator had been smashed off the wall next the to the stained sofa, I dread to think what had happened. Someone had been smoking in the flat, the smell of smoke was still strong, some of the stains still wet. We left immediately to find another hotel, returning at 9pm to see if a cleaner had been after we reported it to the property managers. They had 2 hours to clean up and get rid of the smoke, they hadn’t so we collected our luggage and left.
