All guests will be met at the entrance to the development by a representative of City Apartments. They will be checked in, shown the facilities of the property and shown where to park in the underground car park. Guests will be contacted prior to arrival to arrange an approximate check-in time and will be provided full contact details of who will meet you on arrival. Guests are sent extensive check-in details prior to arrival which include a code to access a lockbox which contains a key and parking fob. Guests are also prompted to provide an arrival time so we can ensure the property is available and ready for their check-in. Full contact details for our office is included on the instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Private and safe.

Since there were 5 of us in this stay, hot water gets used a lot more than usual and the last one to shower ends up with cold water midway. It was explained in the welcome folder so there was a heads up so everyone needed to be quick. 😊
