I like the location, spacious, quiet at night, safety and quick response from the host.

Coffee machine is broken, instant coffee container is empty, carpet has clumps of hair, no slippers available inside, and chair in the balcony is dirty.

Very spacious, clean and has all basic necessities. Washroom is very spacious, and surprisingly quiet at night.

Nothing.

The location with parking was a huge bonus

Good location, I liked that the front door of the building was always locked

The check in info was incomplete; we needed to rely on a passing security guard to let us into the building. The keys were in the lock box which was just outside the flat door. These also had a fob to get into the building. But we couldn't get into the building to begin with! That's where the security guard helped. The dishes in the cupboards weren’t clean and had to be washed before we used them. The “king” bed was two twin beds pushed together with an uncomfortable ridge in the center. There were no instructions on how to use the heat or appliances, the hand-held shower leaked so the pressure was always low, and while the tub water got very hot, the shower water was just warm. The lighting in the flat was all low wattage which gave it a dingy kind of feel. None of these things were particularly bad. (Ok, not being able to get in the building initially was pretty bad). But together they made the stay less than we expected and less than we’ve experienced at other places. We’ll stay somewhere else on our next visit to Wales.

The flat was lovely perfectly situated in the city to access everything. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. Loved the little balcony too. Great facilities, microwave, fridge freezer, hob etc comfortable bed and lovely thick towels. It was lovely and secure and safe.

2 minor inconveniences I wish there was more cutlery. There were only 4 of each item of cutlery meaning you had to wash them after each meal instead of at the end of the day in the dishwasher. It would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys or even 2 outside door fobs so we could separate when out and about and come back when we wanted without having to coordinate someone who had the key being in the flat to let us in.

What a brilliant apartment! Location is as central as you could possibly be, yet it's extremely quiet inside. Very clean, lots of little extras and spacious. You couldn't ask for more and I'll definitely stay again 10/10

Having to leave

Right in the centre of town, clean and easy to get anywhere from here. Castle was right around the corner. Parking was free
