Location was amazing and the communication from the host was great! Very detailed and accommodating.

There wasn't enough hot water for the bath, and it wasn't clear how to get more. The bed was (two singles pushed together) which was really uncomfortable.

"The perfect place to stay in the heart of Cardiff and walking distance to everything."

The location was great. Couldn’t ask for better. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and included everything. Nice comfy modern furniture. Kitchen had everything even an espresso machine. Bathroom nice and big. The apartment smelled nice and clean.

"Uncomfortable, yet spacious and convenient location."

Great location in the heart of the city. Large spacious apartment with good facilities.

Construction around the outsides, if the balcony and window areas - not able to use. No heating, was freezing inside. Horribly uncomfortable bed - 2 singles pushed together with the middle of the bed feeling like a plank of wood under the bed.

Very easy to locate the key, the instructions were perfect. The apartment was a delight, clean and comfortably located at the heart of the city, ideal for a weekend stay in Cardiff. Exceptional value for money, far cheaper than hotels with the same facilities.

Due to scaffolding on the building the balcony wasn’t as accessible.
