Location was excellent. Staff was helpful.and friendly Food was nice..

Stain on pillow case. Small Tear on side of bed quilt. Bathroom.door not closing properly. Plug in bath was stuck and needed fixing.. expected a higher.standard for the cost

Breakfast in dining room lovely..... Bedroom amazing... had everything I needed. Lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the boats on the lake. what a fantastic location... Staff really nice. Very clean.

I would have liked a 4 star restaurant experience to go with the room but I was served food in the bar both nights.... I can have food in a bar anywhere. The soap dispensers are too high to reach and an extra shower holder bracket higher up would really work if the rain shower wasn't suitable...

I just love the hotel in general. I come here a lot with my family .On this occasion, it was with a good friend of mine the food in the bar was great and the breakfast is always something to look forward to. Thanks again.

There was really a comfortable bar area to sit in, you had to sit in the reception area unless you were going to sit down and have a meal

Lage u der liebevoll angelegte Garten., sowie das schöne Zimmer u die sehr frrundluchen Mitarbeiter!

Das Frühstück könnte ein Update vertragen. Auch die Einrichtung im Frühstücksraum ist nicht sehr gemütlich...eher zweckerfüllend...

Room was absolutely amazing, great amount of space and you could probably sleep for an entire holiday with how comfortable the bed was

Sehr hübsches Gelände, alles ist extrem gepflegt, toller Ausblick auf den See! Das Zimmer (wir haben aufgrund gesundheitlicher Probleme ein Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen) war riesig, trotzdem gemütlich und alles war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Da gab es nix!!
