Peaceful and kind service! Had to leave early and will stay again!

The floor and tub weren't clean.

Wasn't clean, I had to sweep and mop myself. It was filthy. There were a couple of bugs, bad area. Was loud. Had to throw your Trash in the dump yourself, maid service never came, had to wash your own towels, only gave 2. No coffee, non coffee maker, no hairdryer, no ironing table. No iron. One chair. The office is closed mostly. I will never stay there again and I don't recommend it either. It was a horrible experience. The worse hotel experience i ever had. Hated it.

The cost was affordable comparable to hotels in area. Kitchenette is nice but no pans or such to use.

Everything else. Strange hours for office, room was non smoking yet reeked of cigarettes. Floors were not clean, and upstairs (I'm disabled) I didn't expect to have to walk upstairs. Sketchy area.

No breakfast offered. Very stark accommodations.

No waste containers. Needs updating. No place to hang bath towels

Absolutely nothing the room was filthy. Did not have a remote for the TV. No toilet paper in the room air conditioning leaked condensation inside the room floors were dirty. Bathroom was dirty toilet ran the whole time.

Everything management was disrespectful. Did not offer help cleaning lady said you had to go through the office just to get a towel or toilet paper drug deals going out in the parking lot witness this myself prostitutes

I didn't even get to stay. I booked my room for vacation a week in advance. I drove 6 and a half hours and when I got there the office door was locked. Some lady on the other end of the building yells "I'll be right with you." And proceeds talk with people in their rooms and are hugging and being social with whom I can only assume close friends or family for 30 minutes completely ignoring me. Once she is finally done she opens the office and when I get there she tells me I don't have a room. I showed her my receipt and the booking.com reservation on my phone and she tells me I'm at the right place so just give her an hour to see if she can "maybe" fix it with the side mention that she's extremely over booked so she probably won't have a room for me. Mind you I just drove 6 and a half hours, it's 11:30 am, I haven't eaten, showered, and I'm in an area I've never been and am told to wait an hour to "maybe" get a room. Needless to say I canceled. Honestly thank Christ for the people over at Western inn who as soon as I left this dump had me in a room in 10 minutes. People reading this keep in mind if you don't mind a security deposit that's refunded Western inn is just down the road and if not then a Super 8 is as well and seems to be less of a shit show.
