Southern Suites Pensacola Mobile Hwy

The was big and the price was great. Plan to get a room June 17 and the 18. I will be having a procedure on June 18 very early.

Room was clean and comfortable.

We received two towels and washcloths for the entire trip, and when we asked for our linens to be changed was told, we expect the guests.to.wash their own as we are considered efficiency apartments and not a hotel...no amenities which was fine, we had brought a few things knowing that. Take your own coffee pot, disposable paper goods, you can cook.simple meals but take your own skillets for the two eye burner. Overall....we were pleased considering the price we paid and will stay there again.

The price was good and I was able to get it last minute.

The place did not seem clean at all, the office where we checked in smelled bad. The room we stayed in did not seem like it had been cleaned. There was a roach inside the fridge. Hairs in the bathtub. We didn’t have a single trash can in the room or bathroom. As soon as you stepped out of the room it smelled like weed. I was glad I took my own covers, blankets, pillow cases and towels. The floor was disgusting, my spouse literally walked from the bed to the bathroom in socks and they got so dirty! It was gross. Will not recommend.

Nothing! Cancelled and left immediately after seeing the room. (Still waiting on a refund) Roaches everywhere! It was HORRIBLE. Other guest were obviously longterm residents. Multiple people sitting outside and could see multiple people in the rooms (doors were opened). Looked like a homeless camp.

Nasty rooms, ran down building, lots of individuals (who looked like gang members) were posted up on every corner of each building. Roaches all in the room!! Absolutely sickening!! DIDNOT feel safe! Left immediately and still waiting on refund.

It was cute, the place overall was super clean!

They were doing construction work all through out the night, one night didn’t end until 11pm and starting again at 6 am.

Nothing!

There were bugs found in the room. I reported what I found and they had pest control come out but the bugs kept appearing. They told me they went in the room and didn’t see anything so it should be fine. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do anything for me. I would not recommend anyone staying here at all!
