"Its decent"

Location was not bad at all, lots of historical places around. Inside dingy cool bar & buffet tho. It really needs some updating.

"MCM lack luster"

Location

Old run down, bathtub rusted, shower head fell off. Ice machines broken on every single floor. Breakfast buffet was horrible.

"Exceptional"

The younger heavyset woman in the breakfast area who serves and cleans stole the tip we left for the older woman who works very hard to help everyone. That really upset us! That occurred Sunday morning so on Monday morning we saw the older lady again and tipped her double.

"The room was good. The location is sketchy."

Can't say much. I just had coffee. My wife had oatmeal.

Locals said to be sure and take everything out of the car. Lots of homeless and others in the area. Tried several floors for ice machines. They were either empty or out of order. Had to go to the lounge to get ice.

"Nice stay"

Great customer service, everyone was friendly and helpful. Lobby area, atrium, and restaurant/bar were very nice.

Room was dated. It appeared someone had gone through the room and disconnected everything they could, from the telephone and tv to the smoke alarm cover pulled out and hanging from the ceiling. Staff promptly came up to help fix everything, but it should have been caught by someone beforehand I would think. Bathroom had issues like a 'bubbled' plastic toilet seat and shower that needs updating. Also, would have liked to be able to sit in the restaurant after hours in order to eat my food, which was really good.

"NOT TRUSTWORTHY"

Close to music venue

They charged me TWICE for my room and refused to give me a refund. This.In my opinion, makes this facility a very poor place to stay. If you can't trust the person who's checking you in and charging your credit card , then how can you trust anyone at this facility to not go in your room when you're not there and horrible things like that?!!!
