De suites waren prima verzorgd, ruime slaapkamer. Een uitstekend ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel overal in het resort.

Geen lift in het gebouw met drie verdiepingen.

The location was ideal, the facilities were amazing, the room was clean and comfortable and the beach was superb!

We checked in late and informed the hotel but the staff attitude the counter wasn't aware of it.

большие комфортные номера с большим балконом. Чисто, достаточно большой холодильник, микроволновка в номере. Есть минимарт и банкомат на территории отеля. Большая поляна на берегу с активностями. Лучший пляж для купания в низкий сезон почти без волн

Nowadays, guests are just numbers. Over the past 15 years, I have stayed at this hotel every year, an average of 60 nights per year, always paying rack rates and supplements for upgrades to a sea view villa. Even so, the hotel does not give priority to bookings for frequent guests, giving priority to new guests, through operators, who pay much less. On the other hand, in these 15 years, they have not replaced the beds and mattresses, they still have a TV system with only 3 channels in English, and the rooms are worn out by time.

Locaties is prachtig gelegen aan een zee met golven en een prachtig strand. Ruim opgezet complex, ruime kamers, Thaise service. Het geheel voelt wel als 30-40 jaar oud. Wel mooi zwembad en prachtige receptie-entree. TOP: Lopend over het strand kom je, links en rechts, na 300m bij echt leuke authentieke strandjes, barretjes. Als je dit ontdekt is de saaiheid van het park niet meer erg. De prijzen zijn hier ook veel beter dan op het park.

Er was niks toe doen op op het park. De bar en restaurant waren leeg. Meer personeel dan gasten in het laagseizoen (juni). Khaolak als plaats is ook niet de moeite waarde. Wat gedateerd en saai.

We spent 4 weeks at this amazing hotel. Every member of staff were so polite and helpful. We had a garden villa and couldn’t fault it. It was very spacious and clean. The breakfast is very varied. Something to suit every taste. More than enough sun beds on the beach and round the pools. Some selfish people would reserve sun beds under the cabanas and 2 on the beach. It seemed to be the same guests every time. A big shout out to Ken the assistant manager. He was always at the restaurant in the morning and he was very approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and looking forward to coming back next year.
