Kantary Beach Hotel Villas & Suites

It is a very beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The beach is stunning, and there are two swimming pools. All the staff are very friendly, especially Khun Dao at the front desk, who gave us a warm welcome and provided detailed information about the hotel. The rooms are clean, and the staff are very hospitable, always greeting guests with a smile. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

Definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Real wären 3-4 Sterne. - Liegen am Strand alt,viele kaputt und vor allem unbequem. Dadurch kann man den tollen Strand nicht richtig genießen - Insgesamt alles renovierungsbedürftig - Übermäßig viele Mücken und kleine Fliegen, die einen erholsamen Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse der Villa und beim Frühstück unmöglich machen. Der Grund dafür ist wahrscheinlich ein Süßwassersee auf dem Gelände des Hotels - Pool alt und nicht mehr zeitgemäß

We was upgraded from garden villa to Seaview villa. All villas were large with separate bedroom and sofa tv area with separate air con in each. Breakfast was good with the Thai option changing daily. Electric buggy from villa to reception if far (we was).

Very far from town ( not exactly the hotels fault) They had a shuttle but finished a little too early. Taxi to anywhere along Kao Lak was 350B each way which wasn't bad.

Having stayed at Cape and Kantary Hotels before we had high expectations of this hotel and we were not disappointed. The grounds, facilities, beach, restaurants and staff were all amazing! We stayed in a Beachfront Villa overlooking a lovely grassed area with volleyball net and ping pong table and the beach and sea. Sitting on the balcony on the sun lounger chairs hearing the waves was just sensational. The villa was very roomy, lots of storage, self sufficient - small kitchenette with microwave, glasses, plates and cutlery which was good with having the kids. The main bedroom was big with a very comfortable queen bed and the living room sofa was converted into a very comfortable bed for our 5 year old. We had a selection of fruit left in our room daily along with bottles of fresh water. The bathroom was spacious with an outdoor shower which was a lovely touch. We had daily massages which were in the open air located near to the beach which were lovely and relaxing. The outdoor area of the hotel is well looked after and we saw the gardeners hard at work daily ensuring the gardens were well kept. You really felt like you were in a tropical paradise. The pools were lovely and clean with plenty of sun beds which were in a good condition and comfortable. The thing that makes this hotel very special though is the friendly and attentive staff who cannot do enough for you. From breakfast in the morning being welcomed with a smile until dusk at Otters Bar for cocktails the staff will go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. We would like to say a special thank you to Dao, Tik, Guid and Top for making our stay so special and a really massive thank you to Khun Ken the Assistant General Manager who we saw most days looking after the guests and most importantly looking after his staff which was lovely to see. We will most certainly be returning to this hidden gem on the beautiful Coconut Beach x

Wow! What a hotel! Paradise!! We stayed at Kantary Beach for 6 nights during our recent trip to Thailand and we were not disappointed the hotel is located literally in paradise on the beautiful Coconut Beach, excellent facilities and all the staff are simply amazing! We stayed in a beachfront villa which was stunning with views of the beach and sea. The villa was extremely comfortable and we felt very much at home here. The breakfast was delicious as was the Carvery evening and room service we had on a couple of nights. Don’t miss out on going to Otters Bar for delicious cocktails whilst watching the sun set - very special! We would like to say a big thank you to Khun Aod - Food and Beverage Manager and his staff especially Zwe and You - always very attentive, Khun Sumit - Front Office Manager and his staff especially Poppy, Kwang, Reball and Tee - providing a very friendly welcome and heartfelt goodbye when we left and last but not least Khun Ken the Assistant General Manager for always welcoming us with a smile every morning at breakfast and throughout the day and making our stay super comfortable. All the staff at this hotel are so friendly, amazing with kids and cannot do enough for you! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we have stayed at Cape Panwa in Phuket before and now we have another favourite hotel in our favourite holiday destination the land of smiles the beautiful Thailand!

Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage mit toller Lage am Strand. Es gibt einige Restaurants links und rechts am Strand, ansonsten sind Shoppingmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, weswegen die Wege weit sein können, wenn man eine Ubterkunft weiter hinten bekommt. Dafür gibt es einen Supermarkt, Sportangebote und Massagen direkt im Hotel. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend.

Die angebotenen Waschmaschinen haben die Wäsche leider dreckiger als vorher gemacht. Das Hotel reagierte jedoch sofort und wusch alles im Wäscheservice - der jedoch über das Hotel gebucht sehr überteuert ist. Die Zimmeraustattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und einiges ist defekt und abgenutzt. Durch die direkt hinter der Anlage liegenden Sümpfe gibt es viele Mücken und es riecht oft unangenehm.

The most amazing location in between white beach and coconut beach. Pool beachside. Nice and quiet. Lots of amazing beach bars within walking distance. Breakfast was includeda d very good quality.

Charged extra for children’s beds on arrival despite them being on the booking, the accomo being suitable for 4 as a villa with 2 sofa beds in lounge so cost was just for the sheets. Negotiated a lower rate than the £40/night per child but did cost us £100 extra on the 6 nights. Check the small print!!! Drinks etc are expensive and 17% is added to the menu price.

Das Frühstück war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit, es hatte genügend für Jedermann und jeden Geschmack etwas. Wie auch schon von anderen Gästen in der Bewertung erwähnt hat es genügend Liegen.
