Mostly everything cabin great also brilliant area and very clean cabin

The cabin was very cosy and had everything you needed

The distance to shops although there's 1 on site, your in the middle of no where everything is about 20 mins drive which we didn't mind as it broke the day up Barmouth beach is beautiful too about 30 mins drive

Beautiful area, great place to stay with our family. We were there over Easter and had everything we needed to feel as though we were able to relax and celebrate with our children. We had a tiny problem with the sink and it was fixed as soon as we asked so couldn't have been happier with the service and help we received... And we had the added bonus of making friends with some ponies that were just down the road! Thanks, we plan to come again ☺️

Nothing. It was beautiful!

Nice mountain cabin, allthough it might be a bit cramped for four people, but for two people and a dog it was very comfortable. Everthing was clean, the bathroom was dine, the kitchen had all necessary appliances. Dogs are not allowed of lead on the premises, but they have fenced in area where you can walk off lead. All in all a nice experience.

No complains, really. The water pressure in the shower could have been better. The bed was a tad short for tall people.

I liked the park for the kids to play on

I didn’t like the customer service and the fact the £250 deposit isn’t put into the over all break down payment I am dyslexic to I cannot read properly and I paid for the accommodation and then was told I needed to pay another £250 which I didn’t know about and when I told the staff I didn’t see this in the info section they were very unhelpful and very rude and just kept continuing to say there is nothing we can do.. it also took almost a week to receive my £250 deposit back!! The deposit is way too high herons lake retreat in Holywell is only £30 and they have hot tubs also deffo recommend there more than here.

Wonderfull stay in a nice, comfortable cabin

The landlord should write in the description that you have to tap an external link with the deposit payment or you won't get the key otherwise. I don't find the solution ideal because I've had unpleasant experiences with phishing links in the Booking.com messages of other accommodations, where I recognised it at the last moment. Therefore I don't like to pass on my credit card number to any external links. Due to delays on my journey and lack of Internet (I'm from Austria) I got the numbers for the key compartment just 10 minutes before the transmission of the data expired and I would have slept on the street.

cute little cabin location was lovely staff of the site were amazing especially the manager beautiful drive up and loads of animals to see

if i was to be picky the only thing i did not like was the bathroom door otherwise couldn’t complain lovely property
