After staying at this hotel, I honestly don't understand how it justifies its current rates. The biggest issue is the gap between the price charged and the quality of the experience delivered. For a hotel positioned in this category, many aspects feel outdated, poorly maintained, or unnecessarily restrictive. The payment policy is surprisingly aggressive, with funds being held even when the reservation indicates payment at the property. The children's policy is also expensive, making family stays much less attractive. The room itself was average at best. The shower fixtures are old, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable, and basic amenities such as an iron were not available in the room. These are things that should be standard at a hotel charging premium prices. The dining experience was also disappointing. The smell of food from the kitchen was noticeable, and seeing cats around the restaurant area did not create the atmosphere expected from a high-end property. For families, the kids' entertainment could be improved. Most activities and announcements seemed focused on Russian-speaking guests, leaving many other children feeling excluded. What made the experience even more frustrating was the hotel's attitude toward timing. Check-in was delayed until mid-afternoon, yet the staff showed almost no flexibility when a short late checkout was requested. Overall, this hotel may have been worth the money years ago, but today there are many better alternatives offering superior service, better facilities, and a much fairer guest experience for the same price. I would not consider it good value for money and would think carefully before booking again.

Every think according the property was amazing

We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Beach! When we first arrived, we felt our original rooms were a bit too small. We spoke with the supervisor, Mr. Ahmed Eid, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding. He kindly upgraded us to fantastic, spacious rooms that exceeded our expectations. Throughout our stay, his hospitality and treatment were absolutely exceptional. Thank you, Mr. Ahmed, for making our vacation unforgettable! Additionally, we would like to thank Mr. Bishoy Eid from the staff, who kept checking on us regularly to ensure our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Excellent teamwork and top-notch hospitality!

Excellent responsive staff, room cleanliness, food and bakery were very good. Pool and beach were clean, fun parties at the pools
