Beach Albatros Aqua Park - Hurghada

We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Beach! When we first arrived, we felt our original rooms were a bit too small. We spoke with the supervisor, Mr. Ahmed Eid, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and understanding. He kindly upgraded us to fantastic, spacious rooms that exceeded our expectations. Throughout our stay, his hospitality and treatment were absolutely exceptional. Thank you, Mr. Ahmed, for making our vacation unforgettable! Additionally, we would like to thank Mr. Bishoy Eid from the staff, who kept checking on us regularly to ensure our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Excellent teamwork and top-notch hospitality!

Totul a fost excepțional. Curățenia din hotel și locurile publice (toalete, piscină, plajă). Mâncare diversificată și oameni minunați.

Ar trebui sa existe niste cutii pentru tips, pentru toți angajații hotelului care muncesc din greu.

Das Hotel wird insgesamt gut geführt. Super Waterpark, sehr gutes Essen. Toller Strand. Sehr, sehr gute Bäckerei!!

Leider haben wir nur ein Zimmer mit 4 Betten bekommen obwohl wir 6 Personen waren und auch für 6 Personen bezahlt haben. Das wurde dann mit Zustellbetten und dem Sofa gelöst - trotzdem sehr unschön. Außerdem waren viele einheimische Ägypter im Hotel die sich völlig daneben benommen haben und keinen Anstand besitzen. Der ganze Tisch wird voll mit essen gepackt und kaum gegessen. Ob das Allah wohl so gut findet? Außerdem wurden die Zimmer nicht so gut gereinigt.
