The Hotel Elizabeth Resort and Villas - Long Beach San Vicente Palawan

I liked the room size. The service was good and the staff were all friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet can be improved.

The staff, the location and size of the rooms. It's in a beautiful spot. The infinity pool and the garden seating in front of the rooms with the fire pit.

No bathroom on the 2nd floor. It's a hassle to keep going down. Even a half bathroom would've been good. Also a better central dining facility and bar would be good. Bathrooms could use a little upgrade.

Beautiful villa, it's a beachfront resort. Perfect place to watch the sunrise and the sunset.

Understandably, this resort is still on-going construction... not much choices for amenities . Oh those NIKNIK, beware to all guests ... make sure to put on lots and lots of insect repellant... had a high price to pay... been bitten almost my whole body 🥲... been to a dermatologist... and up to now still on medication 🤦‍♀️

Villas are new, spacious and well designed sea view direct access to the infinity pool bonfire

- feeling like being on a construction site, as new developments are being build just behind the villas and right next to the restaurant, that involving noise and dust - be careful, the location is VERY remote, it takes 2h30 drive from El Nido airport, the closest city, San Vicente, takes 15-20 mn Tuk Tuk drive, only 2 restaurants are open for dinner in the city. if you want to go to Port Barton it will take you 1h30 drive - mediocre food and food offering, same for the drinks, no wine or cocktails available - very poor service, the hotel has a lot of staff but they seem spending their day seating and eating. no room turn down was made, the tidy up was minimal, when towels were not changed they were not even folded. One evening at 9pm, one of the staff asked here rudely if we were done with our requests. All of that knowing that only 2 or 3 villas out of 15 at max were occupied during our stay. A deep staff training is really needed. - the beach is not developed, apart for 3 or 4 lounge beds set up there, without parasol To sum up, value for money is not there, when you spend $300 USD per night in this under developed part of Palawan you expect way more

The room and bathroom were very clean and neat. The interior design was fantastic. The staff were very professional and polite. The food was very delicious and exquisite.
