Exceptional hospitality, outstanding food, great customer service

Extremely Disappointing First Experience – We Almost Checked Out Immediately Our first evening at this property was extremely disappointing, and sadly, it set a terrible tone for our stay. We were advised by a staff member, Larry, at around 5:00 PM to pre-order our dinner for 7:15 PM to avoid delays. We followed his advice exactly. However, when 7:15 PM came, there was no dinner in sight. We waited patiently, but it was only served around 7:45 PM—30 minutes late. By that time, my elderly mother was already ravenous and upset. We had to resort to eating crackers we brought with us—something even our nurses suggested, as they too were famished. This was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering we had taken the proactive step of pre-ordering. To make matters worse, when I followed up via WhatsApp and later by phone, I was told by the front desk that the late dinner was because I had requested it that way. This was both untrue and offensive—it felt like a blatant attempt to shift blame rather than take responsibility. The situation was so upsetting that my mother insisted we leave and transfer to Club Agutaya, another resort we had considered. Frankly, we almost did. This experience left such a bad impression that I’m now seriously reconsidering staying here any longer. I’m sharing this review so future guests can be aware of what we went through. A resort experience should never start this way.

The is gorgeous 😍 The resort is pretty new and we were only a few guests which made the experience even more exclusive. The villa's are perfect and spacious and equipped with everything you need.

The location of the hotel on the long beach 2 is like a dream and for a few days we've been almost the only ones there!It is a brand new hotel,still under construction(but this didn't bother us),good quality wi-fi and very nice and friendly staff

There are some inconstancies when ordering the food,sometimes it takes too long time but most of the time is ok.It would be great if they can provide espresso and cappuccino cofee in the future,however the fresh brewed coffee is very good,too

Our stay at Elizabeth Resort and Villas was nothing short of magical. Initially, we were hesitant about booking due to concerns over potential noise from nearby construction, but we decided to book one night to experience the resort’s beauty firsthand. To our surprise, there was absolutely no disturbance, and the resort was even more breathtaking than the photos and videos online suggested. From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional hospitality. The staff greeted us warmly, transported us to our villa in a golf cart, and helped with our luggage and umbrellas as it lightly rained. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel immediately at ease. The villa itself was stunning, with a layout that was both modern and functional. The open bathroom concept was unique and luxurious, though perhaps a solution for insects or mosquitoes would enhance the experience further. However, the highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the infinity pool. Stretching endlessly in front of the villa, it offered a spectacular view of Long Beach. Whether basking in the sun during the day or enjoying the beautifully lit surroundings at night, the pool and its view were simply unforgettable. The dining options were excellent, and the cocktails were delicious, showcasing attention to quality and detail. While the pizza could be improved slightly, this was a minor note in an otherwise flawless culinary experience. Unfortunately, we only booked for one night and regretted having to leave so soon. Elizabeth Resort and Villas offers a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and natural beauty. It’s a place we would recommend without hesitation and a destination we plan to revisit, this time for a much longer stay. This resort truly exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return!

The hotel is still under construction. It is not easy to reach that peripheral hotel next to San Vicente. Be aware of Sand flies on Palawan !
