The Hotel Elizabeth Resort and Villas - Long Beach San Vicente Palawan

Whilst the hotel is undergoing maintenance, it is quiet and remote. It is on the beach and we only passed a handful of lovely locals playing in the sea all three days and on both nights. It feels like paradise. Sunset is breathtaking and it feels even more amazing enjoying it all to yourselves. The area is very under developed but is being invested in. Whilst it isn’t as popular as port barton, plan a visit, you won’t regret it ! The positives of our stay here, outweigh the negatives

We paid £215 GBP for 3 nights stay. It still has a lot of building works going on, which didn’t put us off and wasn’t noisy- however it meant that facility wise, there wasn’t much, although they had a gym, it was in a double bedroom and consisted of a handful of free weights, 2 treadmill and a bike). The hotel was very quiet. We only saw two other parties there. We stayed in a room and when we asked about a pool, we were told that it was closed but we could use the villa pools as these were unoccupied (felt like a little upgrade here would have been very nice as they were not fully booked, lots empty and the pool area was there anyway!). The booking.com confirmation said suite with bath, there was only a shower. Also no 10% off food and drink which was also said on booking confirmation.

The rooms were good as we booked the villas that were away from the hotel near the beach.

The food was inedible, overcooked, strange choices, not even an orange juice at breakfast, instead some filtered water or purple infused tripe! The hotel is in an isolated spot, the beach is beautiful, isolated, no other restaurants in walking distance. Beach bar was closed. No attention to detail from staff, most orders were wrong. There were only 16 guests, we felt like we were in a mausoleum. When we tried to negotiate a discount as we were so unhappy we were told we had to pay or we would not be allowed off the resort and they would call the police! No duty Manager on site to handle our requests. Very rude on the phone and were not prepared to listen. Overall experience, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, i have traveled extensively and stayed in bed and breakfasts to five start hotels globally. Whoever owns the group needs to take a serious look at what they have invested in, staff training, customer service and a decent chef would be a good start!

Las instalaciones súper! Muy bonito todo, en la playa. Hotel con restaurante y bar en el mismo sitio. No había casi huéspedes, el personal muy atento y servicial. Camas cómodas, la villa preciosa justo delante de la playa. Te ponen una fuente de agua solo para ti. Estancia súper bien, pero si vas a este hotel es para quedarte dentro y no salir…

Está muy lejos de todo, para moverte necesitas coche, solo hay tuc-tuc por la zona, lo cual se vuelve muy incómodo, ya que los trayectos son muy largos. Destacar los precios muy elevados! Creo que el hotel se aprovecha bastante de la ubicación, no hay tiendas cerca, un cartón de leche 8€… con esto ya me quedé alucinada… en el desayuno no incluye la leche, solo café o té… nosotros con 2 niños, al pedir la leche nos la cobraron. Calidad de masajes es regular y bastante caro también, hemos probado otros sitios a mitad de precio y mucho mejor la verdad…

Tai nuostabi vieta, šalia įspūdingo paplūdimio kuris tęsiasi kilometrais . Pats viešbutis naujas, švarus ir tvarkingas . Kambariai buvo kiekvieną dieną tvarkomi, keičiama patalynė . Baseinas tobulas , buvo duodami ir chalatai ir baseino rankšluosčiai . Maistas buvo labai skanus , pusryčių būdavo tiek daug, kad nesuvalgydavome visko . O ir pietus ar vakarienę galėjome užsisakyti už labai protingą kainą . Personalas be galo malonus ir paslaugus. Viešbutyje nėra daug svečių, todėl viešnagė buvo ypatingai nuostabi, nes buvo labai ramu ir jauku vakare sėdėti viešbučio terasoje , personalas visada šypsojosi ir stengėsi kad viešnagė būtų nepamirštama . Labai rekomenduojame šitame rojaus kampelyje pabūti . Jei yra rojus tai jis buvo sukurtas šito viešbučio ir jame dirbančio personalo. Mes dar grįšime , nes jie tobuli .
