Bellissima casa grande comoda e ben attrezzata, con parcheggio privato chiuso da un cancello con telecomando. Tutti gli elettrodomestici inclusa lavatrice/asciugatrice. Ideale per una/due famiglie con bambini. Proprietario Miguel attento e disponibile, mi ha addirittura consegnato in aeroporto una collana che avevo dimenticato partendo!

Casa de traça antiga muito bem recuperada, moderna por dentro, muitíssimo bem equipada e muito limpa. Ótimo isolamento de luminosidade e som, privacidade. Pátio para estacionar.

Algumas zonas do soalho em madeira (nova) a ranger, durante a noite acaba por perturbar um pouco

Sehr einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr gute Anweisung für den Selbstständigen Check In und Check Out. Das Haus ist sehr groß und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen, mit 3 Bädern und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der nächsten Bahnstation/Busstation entfernt. Auch für Kleinkinder/Babys ist alles erdenkliche vorhanden.

Die Fenster und Türen sind nicht isoliert und die vorbeifahrenden Autos sind sehr laut.

"Une maison idéale pour um groupe souhaitant découvrir Porto."

Um emplacement idéal pour accéder Au jardins du Palais se Cristal, Au mercado bom sucesso ET aller facilement au centre historique de Porto. Emplacement également intéressant pour aller jusqu'a la mer. Ume maison très propre, alliant l'aspect rustique (murs intérieurs En Pierre) ET le moderne (cuisine équipée ET belle décoration). Tout à été fait par le propriétaire pour faciliter la récupération des clefs ET faire un check out libre. Je recommande à 100% cette maison.

Well fitted out house with supermarket within 500 metres so able cook in, wash clothes etc. Easy walk into the historical centre of Porto or a metro station about 800 metres.

Propre, original, literie comfortable, cuisine équipée, pas de lave vaisselle 30 min du centre ville à pied

Parquet qui fait du bruit au niveau supérieur de la maison qui peut réveiller si jamais tout le monde ne se lève pas en même temps, ou la nuit pour aller au toilettes
