"Excellent accommodation and Location"

Miguel was an excellent host and very helpful. The accomodations were excellent. Location was close to everything, making it easy to get around.

"Enormous, beautiful home with every amenity and comfort you could need."

Extremely friendly host who was very kind (even pouring water into more user-friendly glass bottles for us). The house itself is beautiful, and spread across 3 storeys with 3 bathrooms.

Very convenient to have free gated parking but getting in and out was extremely tight and stressful, often with other cars blocking the entrance.

"In general its good apartment and the value is very good, I like it and always i will rent it once travled to porto."

Location, parking and everything is available in kitchen

Its little bit cold and heater is not working properly. Need to switched on more than one time to keep it working every day, i think configuration issue. Internet is not stabile, disconnecting many times per day. Stairs not comfort to access the bed room. 2nd floor has electricity issue, not always working, need to switch off the main breaker in the main DB and switched on then light will work in the 2nd floor( office ,office bathroom and 3rd floor).

"Check in process was not great"

Check-in is supposed to be at 3 PM and I had submitted request for early check-in. However, this was not satisfied, which is understandable. But when then I was informed I could check in at 4 PM. We arrived at the property and we waited for half an hour and there was no one to greet us to give us the key so I contacted the property owner and let them know that I would need to come back since I had booked a tour And will not be able to continue waiting. So we ended up checking in at around 7:15 PM when we left check out time is supposed to be at 12 but the cleaners were already entering our apartment at 11:30 AM so the check in process was not smooth at all

The house is just amazing ! 3 floors in total with everything we need, it was super clean and the host was also very friendly and flexible for our requests. Recommend 100% !!!
