While booking show room is very big. When check in room very small not big as show in pic

Toilet master bedroom kotor dan berbau. Perlu bersihkan sendiri.Aliran air sinki dan ruang mandi tersumbat. Aircond di bilik kedua tidak sejuk. Tiada kemudahan asas seperti Kettle kopi atau teh segera. Bantal berbau. Pengurusan tidak reply wasap atau pickup call. Pemulangan pembayaran deposit yang lambat. Parkir kenderaan rumit dan laluan ke penginapan sesak serta perlu melalui kawasan pembinaan. Ramai warga asing tingga di lokasi penginapan.

The parking entrance looked nice.

The WiFi didn't work. The TV could not function without the WiFi and had no remote. The key card given doesn't work with the parking entrance, so every time I come back I need the assistance of the security guards. And at least once a day, I have to give the guards my unit number, phone number and driver's license. I was told to message the staff if I face any problems so I messaged them all the previously stated problems. They read it, said they will get back to me tomorrow, and didn't say or do anything after that!!! Another problem is that people might be coming into my unit while I am gone as two of my bags of coffee has gone missing!!!
