I have already made a deposit payment of RM150 and stayed for one night on 06/09/2025 – 07/09/2025. The deposit was supposed to be refunded within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I am disappointed because my deposit has still not been refunded. I have already contacted Willow Trip (0179989434) and 0179033712. At first, they told me the refund would be made at 6:00 PM on 08/09/2025, but it was not refunded. Then, they said it would be processed and refunded by 12:00 AM, but until now (12:30 AM, 09/09/2025), I still have not received it. What should I do? So dissapointed!
