1- when asking for a deposit they are not patient, when wanting to refurn they take a very long time. 2- big tv but no signal and not working. 3- there is a fridge but cant put things in because all the tray are broken. 4- dusty room and lots of cockroaches roaming around. 5- the bed sheets and curtains smell really bad.

Host are so lousy, when i go inside room , are very dirty , floor no mop, bed no tidy. dustbin rubbish full. after that i ask Host to clean up, he text me will clean. until i check out. no clean also , and no say any SORRY. i think inside got ghost. first room , because the toilet door keep auto close, and water tape auto twist off cap. for who want booking , think twice

Break in happen before our check in time. The house in a mess, missing washing machine, television etc. We expecting a clean & tidy place but we are really panic to be in this situation. The entrance also very crowded & not a visitor friendly. We are really dissapointed but we understand the host also bare the loss since the incident happen without they notice. I hope the host can be more alert to the premise surrounding bcs what we really concern is our safety to stay at the premise. Asking for full refund but no response. Only received refund from booking.com

The worst ever apartment and agent ,The access card not working , I was stuck at basement with family and kids for long time coz need for security guard to help us, all door need access card to open ,the agent and the staff so helpless, house full off cockroach, the fridge not working and TV not working, I called customer service for two days but not answering the calls , called agent also not helping even not coming to apartment for check the fridge and TV , night the agent promise me will arrange new apartment but next the they scam’s me said no apartment available, really worst ever experience, not highly recommended and for those who have a kids , me and my kids stuck at apartment with hungry even can’t go out to buy mineral water , terrible service..
