Arte Plus by Willow Trip

The host didn't provide us with WIFI even though I stayed for 3 days and raised the issue since day 1. Basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo were also not provided until late on the second day. Disturbingly, the shower gel was handed to us in a reused plastic water bottle—an unhygienic and inappropriate presentation by any standard. Furthermore, all the towels supplied were dirty, and one was nearly torn. Not to mention the brown spots in the bedsheets. When I requested clean towels, the host placed a single towel on the door handle and sent me a photo, despite the fact that there are three guests. Are we expected to share one towel? In addition, the refrigerator had a strong, unpleasant odor, evidently from not being cleaned or used for an extended period. Furthermore, some of the furniture was unusable—one chair was broken and clearly never repaired, while another steel chair lacked cushions and was extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention the cockroaches. Not many, but there are a few.

So bad. They are like a scammer. They put different picture at the website & reality its totally sucks. So dirty. Broken door. Tv cannot used. There’s no battery in remote tv. Fridge cannot use, smelly. The balcony is not safe, you can jump straight away down & die so dangerous if you have kids. The sofa is torn, koyak rabak sana sini. They asked me to use hand gel as shower gel so funny. Its so hard to get to the place, you have to change lift twice. Management sucks. You can feel the spring on the mattress. Dusty mattress dusty home. Hair everywhere. I dont feel safe staying here. Please dont book here if you want to staycation at KL. No kitchen. BOIKOT. I think the owner is not malaysian. They’re foreigner and so stupid. You can get a better place for RM193 per night. When i complain they ignore it. PLEASE DONT COME AND BOOK HERE.
